SPORTS

The school aims for perfection in everything…including sports. We have sports activities so that students from all age groups can enjoy, relax and exercise all at the same time. For a healthy mind and body, one needs to exercise and stay fit on a regular basis. Physical education develops a sense of fair play and team spirit in the students. The school provides a variety of games and sports, such as swimming, hockey, basket-ball, tennis, badminton, volley ball etc. A physical fitness programme of morning PT, yoga, meditation and aerobics is provided for the day scholars during their time in School. We have best coaches who are ready to help the students and teach the students how to beat the opposition with skill and good sportsmanship. We, here at SOIS, want the students to find themselves, and the only way we can let them find themselves is by letting them play and live life to the fullest. That is our eternal aim- to let the students LIVE LIFE TO THE MAXIMUM.
